Capitol Check-In: January 25th, 2013
Colorado's state legislature is three weeks into the new session and things at the Capitol are starting to get back to normal, which is to say insanely busy. In the past week lawmakers have tackled civil unions, in-state tuition for undocumented immigrant students, and organizing powers for firefighters, among other measures.
