Kerrie Dallman Wants “Equity and Adequacy” For Schools
CEA president Kerrie Dallman leads rally at Colorado State Capitol.
There’s a lot on Kerrie Dallman’s plate. She’s only in her first year as head of the state’s union representing nearly 40,000 teachers and school staff --the Colorado Education Association. But she’s already elbow-deep into making sure a new system to evaluate teachers is fair. And she’s making the rounds to convince legislators that schools need more money. Host Ryan Warner talks with Dallman about her full plate and her thoughts on the upcoming legislative session.
