Installing NPR News App on your iPhone/iPod Touch

After opening the app, you can search for the NPR app by typing "NPR News" into the search field.

The NPR News app should be the first app in the list of results - you will notice the NPR logo in the app's icon.

Select the NPR News app, and you will see that it is a free app to download and install. Select "install" and the app will download and automatically install itself onto your iPhone/iPod Touch.

Open the app once it is installed, and select the "stations" tab near the bottom of the screen to search for the station you'd like to listen to, or search for a station close to you.
Under the "All" tab you will be able to select a station based on State.

Here you will see both KCFR and KVOD listed in the returned search results.
Selecting one will take you to the list of streams for that station. We have one stream available for each, so you will only see one stream to select here.

Selecting it will begin the streaming process, and you'll also see a link to add this stream to your "favorites." Once streaming is connected, you will see controls for volume, and stopping/starting the stream.

You can also search for a station's stream by location, which will allow you to search either by Zip Code, or via GPS for the closest stations to your present location.

You're now all set to enjoy NPR and Colorado Public Radio on the go - enjoy!
