Computer Problems Halt Motor Vehicle Licensing

Original post: Colorado's driver's license offices have halted issuing documents because of statewide computer issues, and the state's Division of Motor Vehicles said Friday it is investigating the problem. Officials could not say when the issues would be resolved, and county clerks are notifying customers.
