Recently, some Aurora teenagers were asked to dream up alternate universes and interpret them through art. The result is an exhibition at Downtown Aurora Visual Arts (DAVA). It's called "Multiverse," and runs through Nov. 18.

For the exhibit, 13-year-old Aree Rsendez designed wearable robotics with flashing lights (at right) for a futuristic planet with strong community. Hafsa Ali, 15, made a film called "Questions for Muslim Girls," inspired by her experiences coming to America from Somalia at 11. Ali imagined a more tolerant universe. They both spoke with Colorado Matters host Nathan Heffel.
