When it comes to how to improve public schools, people tend to fall into one of two camps. One says schools don’t have enough money to do the job well. The other more money shouldn’t be dumped into failing schools. They say reform must come first. These two camps agreed to sit down together -- and find a way to dramatically change the way Coloradans dole money out to schools. Host Ryan Warner speaks with Chris Watney of the Colorado Children’s Campaign. She’s one of the leaders of the School Finance Partnership.
