Jeremy Lazarus is a Denver psychiatrist and a 13-time triathlon finisher. He’s also the new president of the American Medical Association, the country’s largest and most influential doctors’ organization. His tenure comes at a historic time in American health care, with the U.S. Supreme Court having just upheld most provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Dr. Lazarus spoke with Colorado Public Radio’s Health Reporter Eric Whitney.
