Advocates are working to bring attention to the prevalence of HIV on this World AIDS day (12/1). Over the past few years “The Positive Project” based in Denver has collected more than 150 interviews with people around the country who discuss what it’s like to live with the disease. Denver psychologist Tony Miles started the project with a colleague a decade ago so people affected by HIV and AIDS could share their stories. Miles spoke with Colorado Public Radio’s Anna Panoka.
