State lawmakers are running out of time to figure out what Colorado’s congressional districts should look like. With just over a week left in the session, the two parties couldn’t be further apart on redistricting. This is something required by federal law because of new Census figures. So what happens if the session ends and there’s still no map? For the answer, Ryan Warner speaks with Tom Morris, of the legislature’s legal services. He advised a redistricting committee that dissolved before a compromise could emerge.
