Courts Grapple With Cuts

We're taking a look at what budget cuts have meant for state district courts in Colorado. These courts handle everything from divorces to property disputes to murder trials. Overall, lawmakers cut the judicial branch by 16 million dollars this fiscal year. That's meant losing 110 jobs. The 21st judicial district, which includes Grand Junction, is feeling the pinch. The chief judge there is David Bottger. He speaks with Ryan Warner.
