Listen Now

The 1988 fires in Yellowstone National Park were the biggest in the park's history. A new study shows big fires there could burn much more frequently-- possibly as often as every year. Ryan Warner talks with Colorado State University researcher and professor emeritus Bill Romme, who co-wrote the study. It appeared in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences earlier this summer.
