Denver Gets Ready for Biennial

Listen Now

Throughout the month of July, Denver will be teeming with art, culture, and conversation. The city will host the first Biennial of the Americas... billed as a celebration of the Western Hemisphere. Events include an art exhibition, music and dance performances, and a series of round-table discussions at the Ellie Caulkins Opera House. One roundtable will include past heads of state from 14 Latin American countries, including the former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox. Donna Mullen Good is the Biennial's President of Operations and Finance. She helped organized the 1997 Denver Summit of the Eight conference. Jim Polsfut is president of the Americas Roundtable. They speak with Ryan Warner.
