This election, voters will be asked whether to retain judges in Colorado from the county level all the way to the state Supreme Court. This happens in every general election. Some groups are working to get voters to pay more attention. We talk with Matt Arnold of Clear the Bench Colorado. We also hear from Paul Farley of the State Commission of Judicial Performance, and Rebecca Love Kourlis, who's with the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System at the University of Denver.
