Let’s talk about water in the West where the news, for once, isn't bad. It seems that many people who rely on the Colorado River for water are using less of it. That would include many of us in this state. A new report from the Pacific Institute, a California-based environmental research group, finds that per-capita water use is down considerably, with a few exceptions here and there. Michael Cohen crunched the numbers and he joins Ryan Warner.
