By 2008, any public high school student in Denver whoâ€™s accepted to a Colorado college or university â€“ but canâ€™t afford it â€“ will get the money to go. That's the commitment from the new Denver Scholarship Foundation, which this spring will launch the effort at three Denver high schools.
