In Pueblo, they’re building a plant not to make things, but to take them apart. Crews are erecting a chemical weapons destruction facility. The Army has a huge stockpile of munitions there that are full of mustard agent. Pueblo Chieftain reporter John Norton has been covering the story, and gave CPR’s Pat Mack a little of the history.
