Governor John Hickenlooper is extolling the virtues of two proposed tax increases headed for the November ballot. One would pay for regulating recreational marijuana. The other would raise around a billion dollars for schools. He talks about both in our regular discussion. First, host Ryan Warner asks the governor about the anniversary of the Aurora theater shooting. It took place a year ago Saturday. The governor says he "gets a pit in the bottom of his stomach" when he thinks about it.
