The golden dome atop the state Capitol is in need of some TLC. And it's a lot closer to getting now. The governor signed two bills this week to pay for renovations. One allows the state historical fund to pick up part of the cost... the other allows for a campaign to raise private funds to pay for the rest. Crews could start work as early as spring of next year... and the project could last three years. Well, back in 2007, Ryan Warner got a tour of the dome from historian Dianna Litvak.
