Household plants might one day save your life. A professor at Colorado State University, June Medford, Ph.D., is developing plants that warn you if there’s something harmful in the air, like explosives, toxic chemicals or pollutants. She's received millions of dollars in research grants from the federal government. Medford talks more about her work with Ryan Warner.
