Elizabeth Edwards’ death this week struck a chord with people. She left behind three children, including a ten and a 12-year-old. Edwards was the wife of former presidential candidate John Edwards. Her death made us think of a Denver non-profit that helps kids whose loved ones have died. It’s called Judi’s House and it was founded by former Denver Broncos quarterback Brian Griese. His mother died when he was 12 after a long battle with breast cancer. At the time, he says, there wasn’t a lot of support for kids going through this ordeal.
