Steven Howards approached Vice President Dick Cheney in Beaver Creek in 2006, and criticized U.S. policy in Iraq. A while later, Secret Service agents arrested Howards. He claimed that violated his free speech rights and tried to sue, but Monday the U.S. Supreme Court found the Secret Service can't be held liable. CPR's Mike Lamp checks in with the attorneys who argued the opposite sides in the case before the Supreme Court.
