Opening Pandora’s Lunchbox

Listen Now

If you've ever wondered what those mysterious terms are on food labels, you're not alone. Boulder writer Melanie Warner was so curious, she went on an odyssey through the world of processed foods. She found surpising ingredients in things like cheese singles and store- bought bread. It’s all in her new book "Pandora's Lunchbox." Melanie Warner has been a reporter for two decades, including a stint at the New York Times covering the food industry. She spoke with CPR’s Andrea Dukakis.
