State Fair Champion Goat Caught Doping

Listen Now

Doping has helped athletes win at the highest levels of competition. Think cyclists at the Tour de France, or track and field athletes at the Olympics. Now, add a goat named Theodore to the list. Shulte tells CPR’s Zachary Barr that the winner was quite a specimen.
