National Theatre live presents “The Audience”

Helen Mirren revives her role as Queen Elizabeth II in this drama by Peter Morgan concerning Her Majesty's relationships with an assortment of Prime Minsters, spanning from 1952 to the present. The UK’s National Theatre filmed a live performance at London’s Gielgud Theatre in July 2013, directed by Stephen Daldry. The film version will be screened on four separate occasions at Denver’s SIE Film Center as part of the 4th annual Women & Voices Film Festival.
