A $50 million dollar adult funhouse is coming to Denver in the next couple years. At least that's one way to describe Meow Wolf, a Santa Fe company. But unless you've been to the one in New Mexico, it's kind of hard to explain what exactly that means. Denver journalist Josiah Hesse tried to get at it, and Meow Wolf's impact, in story for Vice. He spoke with Colorado Matters about the phenomenon, what it might mean for Denver's Sun Valley neighborhood where it plans to locate, and how when Denver started cracking down on DIY art spaces, Meow Wolf actually stepped in to help.
