Why Are So Many Soldiers Kicked Out for Misconduct?

The military is discharging more of its soldiers for misconduct than at any time in recent history. But what if the misconduct is related to the trauma of combat? The Colorado Springs Gazette has found that many soldiers being forced out have traumatic brain injuries and PTSD. Being discharged this way means these veterans aren't eligible for some really important benefits, including health care. Gazette reporter Dave Philipps speaks with Ryan Warner.
