Fingers of the Sun

OpenAir welcomed back Fingers of the Sun this week to the CPR Performance Studio. The Denver-based indie pop group stopped in back in 2012 to perform songs from "The Sleepy EP."

The band returned to preview their upcoming record "What is This Life," and they'll celebrate its release with a performance on Saturday, July 5 at the Hi-Dive. Keefer Fulgham chatted with the members about covering Neil Young's "After the Gold Rush" album, the origin of their name from a Fuggs song, and recording the new record.
