CU Denver was named one of the top schools to learn about the music industry by Billboard Magazine. In an article published earlier this week, Billboard included them as one of the list's 11 top music programs, praising its music and entertainment industry studies department and its unique singer-songwriter program. CU Denver shares a spot with renowned schools such as Berklee School of Music and New York University.

Just over a year past their first reunion show after breaking up in 1991, the members of The Replacements may be heading back into the studio to record their first album since 1990's "All Shook Down." According to a Rolling Stone story, original members Paul Westerberg and Tommy Stinson have written a number of new songs and are likely to put a new record out "at some point in the future."

PJ Harvey has covered Nick Cave's 1994 song "Red Right Hand" for an episode of the BBC series "Peaky Blinders" that will air in October. Harvey, who dated Cave briefly in the mid-'90s, has only released one other song since her 2011 Mercury Prize-winning album "Let England Shake," the protest single "Shaker Aamer."
