The killing of Richard Black is the fourth police shooting in the city of Aurora in about a month.
Richard "Gary" Black had killed a naked home intruder who was attacking his grandson before he was shot by Aurora police.
Many argue that the bar for Colorado's "imminent danger" statute is simply too high and that state needs a red flag law to lower that bar.
