Cassie Tanner, a former legislative aide, has accused Lebsock of unbuttoning her blouse at a Young Democrats event in 2015.
The #MeToo movement has reached a critical juncture at the Colorado Capitol as lawmakers return to Denver Wednesday.
Formal complaints have been filed against two Democratic House members and two Republican senators. All have denied the allegations.
"I am being harassed and I am being violated and accusations against me are not true," Lebsock told reporters at the state Capitol.
In a statement, Speaker Duran said she supports “the right of a victim to decide how they want these personal and sensitive situations to be handled.”
Last week nine legislators, lobbyists and staffers accused Democratic state Rep. Steve Lebsock of sexual misconduct.
Lebsock, who is running for state treasurer, said he will make a statement about his political future by Nov. 30.
