Xcel Energy Wants Money for Renewable Energy Projects

Xcel Energy is asking Colorado regulators to approve a rate increase so the utility can pay for projects that would test renewable energy technologies. KCFR's Anna Panoka spoke with Xcel spokesman Mark Stutz about the "Innovative Clean Technology" program.
