U.S. Urges Drug Convicts To Apply For Clemency

The Senate Judiciary Committee has also advanced a bill that advocates call the biggest sentencing reform in decades. It’s at least partially an effort to reduce the number of inmates in the prison system and the costs associated with keeping them.
