From Supreme Court, Firm Support For Employee In Retaliation Case

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court has ruled that a man who testified about public corruption should not have been punished for doing so. The plaintiff, Edward Lane, had been fired from his job shortly after testifying in an FBI case against an elected official.
