From Supreme Court, EPA Gets A Win — With Conditions Attached

The Supreme Court Monday ruled that the Environmental Protection Agency has the right to regulate power plant and factory emissions of greenhouse gases. While the court set some limits on EPA’s powers of regulation, the 7-2 decision largely dealt the agency a victory.
