    The Bureau of Land Management’s new national headquarters is coming to this busy stretch of road just north of downtown Grand Junction. The building, at 760 Horizon Dr., is also home to offices for energy companies, which got the attention of critics. But proponents of the move say there aren’t many buildings in the small city that would work for the BLM’s needs.
