Ainomae shared a 12-cello arrangment of “Fratres” by Estonian composer Arvo Part; Ainomae’s own recording of “Song of the Birds, a Catalan folk song championed by the great cellist Pablo Casals; and an excerpt of Stravinsky’s “Pulcinella” Suite.
Ainomae was the featured soloist on Antonin Dvorak’s Cello Concerto last weekend at Boettcher Concert Hall.
