Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator.
About the Position
The Salesforce Administrator plays a critical role in helping Colorado Public Radio formulate a 360-degree view of our supporters, so we can better meet our mission to deliver meaningful news, music and cultural experiences to everyone in Colorado. The Salesforce Admin is a subject matter expert and technical architect of CPR’s Salesforce environment, making sure the system is updated, configured and optimized to help our staff do their best work in engaging Coloradans. The Salesforce Admin will work closely with users and managers in revenue generation and business operations to enhance Salesforce functionality, fix errors, and provide user support.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- Has a working technical knowledge of Salesforce.
- Able to build & maintain 3rd party integrations.
- Experience enhancing functionalities.
- Able to identify & successfully resolve issues & bugs.
- Able to communicate effectively with users & business leaders.
- Able to support end users with patience, diplomacy & tact.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator; experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) is ideal.
- Business or data analysis experience preferred.

Hiring Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Starting Pay: based on education and experience.
