  • The Help Desk Technician reviews, analyzes, and evaluates desktop systems operations; responds to requests for installation, service, and applications support; documents support activity, and identifies ongoing training and maintenance issues. This position will be supporting end users in a corporate environment with desktop, laptop, telecommunications, printer, network, application and some server problems.
  • Operators staff the Technical Operations Center where they act as the primary quality control agents for audio on CPR’s four program services. They monitor and assist in troubleshooting audio playout, routing, and transmission systems to ensure that correct audio that meets CPR quality standards is being broadcast.
  • Produces original news reporting consistent with coverage priorities of KRCC News and CPR News; primarily responsible for news of the day (newscast), features/two-ways; and digital content in a General Assignment capacity. Works in on-call and breaking news situations. May identify, follow and report on ongoing news threads.
