Denver students will have another chance to talk about race and the biases that come with it that negatively impact students.

Last year, several Denver high schools participated in “Conversations on Race,” which included a screening of the movie “I’m Not Racist… Am I?” – a film directed by George Washington High alumna Catherine Wigginton Greene.

On Wednesday, students and the community will have another chance to see the 90-minute documentary. It follows 12 teenagers from New York City who, for an entire year, come together to get at the heart of racism and privilege through a series of workshops and in conversations with friends and family members.

The forum goes from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the 14th floor of the Emily Griffith Campus, located at 1860 Lincoln Street in downtown Denver. After the screening, about 100 community members will participate in Conversations on Race.
