Are we apon a new era? Scientists are debating whether we are entering “the Age of Man”-- or technically-speaking-- “the Anthropocene Epoch.” Proponents say that’s how big the mark is that humans are leaving. This would take us out of the “Holocene Epoch,” which earth entered after the last ice age. Ryan Warner talks to Tom Yulsman who has been following the debate in his ImaGeo blog for Discover Magazine. Yulsman also co-directs the environmental journalism program at CU-Boulder.
