CDOT Still Figuring Out How to Meet ‘Ambitious’ Rebuilding Goal

The recent flood wiped out 200 miles of state roads; that’s roughly the distance between Fort Collins and Pueblo. The person in charge of rebuilding those roads--quickly--is Tim Harris, chief engineer at the Colorado Department of Transportation. He speaks with Ryan Warner about the monumental task ahead, and what it means for other road projects already underway in Colorado.
