The Super Bowl of spelling bees is the Scripps National Spelling Bee that takes place in June. To get to the nationals you have to win a state contest, like the one happening tomorrow in Denver. David Smith lives in Parker. He speaks with Ryan Warner. Five of Smith's seven children have made it to the state finals at one time or another. Three have gone to nationals. This weekend, his 10-year old son Caleb, will compete.
