Hundreds in inmates at the Colorado State Penitentiary in Canon City spend no time in the open air. They do get an hour of exercise time in a small indoor cell. One inmate sued to change that, and won. His name is Troy Anderson. He’s been in solitary confinement for 12 years, and a federal judge has ruled that it's cruel and unusual punishment to deprive people of the outdoors. Ryan Warner speaks with one of Anderson's attorneys, Brittany Glidden.
