Federal stimulus money is flowing to the states. It's meant seven billion dollars to Colorado alone. That money presents a big challenge for spending watchdogs - the state and local auditors responsible for making sure there’s no waste or fraud. Starting today more than 100 government auditors from across the West meet in Denver to talk about the best ways to oversee stimulus spending. Denver auditor -- and conference host -- Dennis Gallagher -- spoke with Ryan Warner.
