Top Defense Analyst Sees Shakespearean Drama in Washington

The president unveiled his budget plan this week. He wants to cut defense by $100 billion. That’s likely to result in a lot of theatrics, says Gordon Adams. He's a professor of International Relations at American University and he's been named one of the most influential people in U.S. defense by Defense News. Adams held a senior national security position in the Clinton White House. He’s also an accomplished thespian.
