What should DIA’s new plaza be named? Airport wants your help

Photo: New DIA plazaThe Denver International Airport is looking for your help in naming its new 82,000-square-foot public plaza.

The new space will connect the iconic Teflon-covered Jeppesen Terminal to a new hotel and transit center.

"DIA is looking to name the plaza after a person who has made a significant contribution to the success of the airport from a cultural, political, economic or social perspective," a post on the airport's Facebook page states.
