It's hard to get a full picture of the sexual harassment investigations underway at the state Capitol. Not all the information's public, partly to protect victims. There are the politics involved. And workers have been told not to talk to the press. What we do know is that one lawmaker's been expelled, Steve Lebsock, and several more have been under investigation.

Craig Morgan, an attorney in Phoenix, tells Colorado Matters what it's like to suss out the truth in such a charged environment. He recently worked on a sexual harassment investigation at Arizona's capitol. After his 82-page report was published, a state representative was expelled.
