Upcoming new music releases announced this week include:

  • San Francisco classic-rock revivalists Foxygen will release third album "...And Star Power" on Oct. 14 via Jagjaguwar. It's reportedly a 24-track, 82-minute long work, the follow-up to last year's "We Are the 21st Century Ambassadors of Peace & Magic." The band has also announced a tour that will stop at Denver's Bluebird Theater on Oct. 20.
  • Indie rock experimentalists TV on the Radio announced "Seeds," the group's fifth studio album, out this fall. Check out the teaser trailer here. TV on the Radio will perform at Denver's Riot Fest, taking place Sept. 19-21 at Sports Authority Field at Mile High Stadium.
  • Canadian indie veterans Stars will release "No One is Lost" on Oct. 14. It will be the band's eighth studio album.

Jack White joins Beck on stage to perform "Loser," two more songs

This week in Providence, R.I., Beck invited Jack White onstage to perform three numbers, including two of the former's best-known songs, "Loser" and "Where It's At." The two have previously collaborated on Beck's one-off singles recorded at White's Third Man Records in Nashville. Watch a video of the performance below:
