The music of Why? blurs the line between indie rock and hip-hop. Led by frontman Yoni Wolf, the Cincinnati band has released five albums since forming in 2004, most recently last year's "Moh Lhean."

Wolf visited CPR's OpenAir for a Guest DJ session before a show at Denver's Bluebird Theater. His selections included songs from his own catalog along with music from Los Angeles rapper Open Mike Eagle and Florist, who opened for Why? on the band's most recent tour.

Wolf also spoke with Alisha Sweeney about the expanded edition of "Moh Lhean," the new TV program he's working on and publishing a collection of his poems.
