Below, we've highlighted some of this year's Globe Hall concerts, with many more to be announced as the year goes on.

Low

The long-running Minnesota trio last September released its experimental 12th album, "Double Negative," to widespread acclaim. The band plays Globe Hall Friday.

Mike Krol

The singer-songwriter draws on classic punk rock influences on his latest album, "Power Chords." He plays March 19.

Slow Caves

The Fort Collins indie rockers celebrate the release of their debut album, "Falling," with a Globe Hall show on March 23.

The Suffers

The Houston eight-piece's sound is equal parts smooth downtempo jazz and infectious R&B. OpenAir presents their March 24 show at Globe Hall.

Mdou Moctar

The Nigerien guitarist has found international acclaim for his modern spin on the Tuareg folk music he grew up enjoying. See him April 8.

Sebadoh

Lou Barlow's seminal indie rock band will release "Act Surprised," its first new album in six years, just a few days before a Globe Hall show on May 28.

Diane Coffee

The charismatic psychedelic rocker drops his new record "Internet Arms" this April. He'll undoubtedly break out some new tunes June 18.

Matthew Logan Vasquez

The Delta Spirit frontman recorded his third solo album, "Light’n Up," as he prepared to move from Texas to Norway. He plays July 2.
